| All hotel bookings made online from Globester.com will generate a confirmation number assigned by the booked hotel. Globester does not issue any vouchers to confirm these transactions at the time of booking; however, some properties require vouchers which will be emailed to you after the booking confirmation. We advise all travelers to print the booking confirmation to present at the time of check-in at the hotel along with personal identity documents. We strongly recommend re-confirming hotel reservations 24 hours prior to departure. |
| How can I add additional travelers to an existing hotel booking? |
| You can call our customer service at 650-490-3111 to add additional traveler to an existing hotel reservation. You can do the same by booking an additional room from the website directly as well. |
| What should I do if the Hotel overcharges than the amount I agreed to pay for my reservation? |
| We strongly suggest printing the confirmation page as well as saving the confirmation email you receive after a hotel booking is made from the site. You can show the printout of the confirmation page or the confirmation email to the hotel staff to rectify the amount charged by the hotel. As per our Guarantee the hotel must honor the rate given to you at the time of the reservation. |

| Do I have to pay at the time of making an online Hotel booking? |
Yes. You must have a credit card to make a hotel booking online. Typically they are two types of payment methods used by hotels when booking a hotel online.

| What should I do if the Hotel cannot find my reservation? |
| If you were required to enter a credit card number at the time of booking, the reservation is guaranteed by the hotel. Even if a hotel overbooks, as they may do some times, and you have a guaranteed reservation, the hotel is obligated to find a comparable hotel and free transportation to this hotel. |
| What is a pre-paid hotel reservation? |
| Prepaid Reservations are charged at the time of booking and your credit card will be charged the Full Base Amount (room only) and Cheapostay.com service fee at the time you book. This does not include the individual hotels payment for per night room tax, resort fees, and cleaning fees, which may be accessed on a daily basis. They also will collect for incidentals such as meals, movies, games, wet bar, parking, and phone calls. These are reservations that must be prepaid because they are discounted rooms. Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking. A credit card will need to be given to the hotel at check in to pay the taxes, resort fees and incidentals. |
| What is a guaranteed reservation? |
| In both pre-paid and post-hotel reservation, a reservation is guaranteed if you have received a confirmation from Globester website. Post-paid reservations use customer’s credit card to hold a reservation until the guest arrive for check-in. Globester STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that you confirm post-paid reservations directly with the hotel, no later than 24 hours prior to check-in. If a hotel reservation is not canceled prior to 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel will charge your credit card for one night stay. |
| How do I cancel my hotel booking? |
| Cancellations can only be done within the specified timeframe given in the confirmation email. No reservation can be cancelled after the date of check-in, and guests are responsible for any and all "no show" charges. All refunds are at the discretion of the hotel. Cancellation should be requested by calling customer service at 1-650-490-3111. |
| How can I change my hotel reservation dates? |
| Any changes to reservation dates, room type, traveler's names or any other part of the booking is at the sole discretion of the individual hotel policy. Globester charges a $25.00 per reservation change fee in addition to the change fees charged by the hotel. |
| Is the type of beds or other requests I select confirmed? |
| While most hotels try their best to honor the request made for type of bedding at the time of the booking, neither Globester nor the hotel guarantees that the bedding request will be honored. Specific requests such as bedding type, location of room or non-smoking rooms are simply request. |
| Does the Hotel allows to take my pet with me into the hotel? |
| It is very important that you confirm with the hotel directly about their pet policy. Hotels change pet acceptance policies often and without notice. Globester is NOT RESPONSIBILE for a Hotel’s pet policy. Please call the hotel directly to confirm their pet policies, including pet restrictions on breeds. |

| Currently all hotel bookings are charged in the USD. Currency Conversions are based on approximate exchange rates at the time of booking and should be used for an approximate guide only. Hotel will collect for incidentals such as meals, movies, games, wet bar, parking, and phone calls at the time of the check-out. |
| Can I get a Government, AAA or AARP discount? |
| Yes. To receive any Corporate, Government (including Military), AAA, or AARP rates, hotels may require you to present identification at the time of check-in to prove that you qualify. Hotel properties are NOT obligated to honor these rates if you do not qualify or you are unable to provide the membership proof at the time of check-in. |
| What types of Credit cards are accepted? |
| Globester accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards for all online hotel bookings. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current credit card billings address and phone information must be included in every online booking. |
| What should I do if the hotel staff cannot find my reservation? |
| It is possible that the hotel may not have received the actual guest name until 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Your reservation is secure and guaranteed. It is recommended that you contact the Hotel within three days of your scheduled arrival to confirm your hotel booking. In case hotel cannot find your reservation, please call Globester customer service staff to assist you. |
